Make a viewing appointment by email, by phone or by leaving a message on our website.  We will be in touch and ask a few questions and book you in!

Once you find the right flat, and make an offer to rent, you will need to pay 1 week's rent as holding deposit to take the property off the market.  The holding deposit is standard practice, and will return to you in most circumstances if you do not proceed to rent the property; or if you proceed, it will contribute to your deposit.

We will then run tenant reference check to make sure that you have the right to rent in England, you have a good record, and you can afford to pay rent going forward.  It usually takes 48-72 hours to complete this process.

Once reference check is completed, it's time to move in!

Before moving in, you will have to pay 5 weeks' rent as deposit (if you have paid a holding deposit, you need to pay 4 more weeks') and 1 month's rent in advance.  

Rest assured, your deposit is protected under the statutory scheme.  That means we do not keep your deposit, we pay your deposit straight to the scheme and is protected!

Once we receive these, our professional clerk will hand you the keys and compile an inventory report at your check in date.

We would like you to love our Landlord's property and stay as long as you like, but in case you decide to move on, just give us notice as per your tenancy agreement, and our professional clerk will check you out.  If you return the property to us in reasonable condition, we will return your deposit from the scheme in 14 days.
